Description
This is the actual hand-painted (watercolors) color guide to RR&G #18, which, in the days before computer coloring, was used to indicate the color scheme to the engraver. The cover was drawn by Warren Kremer, but there is no actual original art in this lot, though the colors are hand-applied and original. The actual guide measures 7.5″ x 11″, which has been glued to a larger sheet measuring 10″ x 14″. Excellent condition overall.
